Need assistance after hours? A manager is onsite in the main hotel from 9 am until 12 am daily
Outside of these hours there is no after hours contact.
If you require laundry facilities during your stay, the closest laundromat is ‘The Laundry Hub’.
It is located at the other end of Ormerod Street, just after the roundabout.
All areas of the hotel are strictly non-smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes, unless otherwise signed. If required, there are a designated smoking areas outside rooms with ash trays provided. Penalties starting at $100 apply for smoking in room. Any and all charges incurred by Emergency Services call outs will be the sole responsibility of the guest.

Here’s how you can help! When leaving your room, please ensure all lights, TV and air-conditioning are turned off. Our rooms are serviced daily, with linen changed every third day unless requested prior.
A towel hung up = I’ll use again A towel on the floor = Please exchange If fresh linen is required outside of housekeeping hours, please see reception for assistance.
Check in is from 2 pm in the bistro, located inside the hotel.
Check out is 10am. Please bring your key with you to the bistro (where you checked in). A manager will be in the bistro from 9am onwards to assist. If you need to check out earlier, please feel free to leave your key in the room and lock the door behind you.
If you require a late check out, please advise staff ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate this. (This may incur an additional fee)
While we don’t offer breakfast, there are plenty of great places within walking distance that do.
